Job Description:

This is an opportunity to learn a specific trait/skill that has been passed down for generations. There are not many classes or people who can perform the services we can when it comes to Leaf Springs. Job tasks will include:

• Bend U-Bolts, re-bush spring brackets, punch center bolt holes
• Weld and operate cutting torch to disassemble springs and U-bolts
• Manufacture and build custom leaf springs for vehicles
• Install pre-ordered leaf spring packs
• Repair/Re-Arch old worn-out springs
• Measure and understand load capabilities so extra leafs can be added
• Identify other potential problems within the suspension system for the customer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanically Inclined / Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Self-motivated
• Career minded
• Responsible/Dependable
• Can lift up to 75lbs

Hours are 7:00 – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (No Weekends)
